Now into its ninth year, the annual Cancer Council NSW Seven Bridges Walk was held on Sunday 26 October 2014 bigger and better than ever.
What a glorious day it was, Sydney couldn't of picked an amazing day but today. The sun was shining, the water along the harbour was glistening and there we're thousands of walkers joining forces to beat cancer one step at a time.
The course is 27km and will be open from 7.30am to 4.30pm on event day. This is a great day out for the whole family and a great reason to get outside and exercise whilst taking in the amazing views of Sydney.
All in all there were 7 bridges we had to cross and they include:

| Gladesville Bridge |
2. Pyrmont bridge
3. ANZAC bridge
4. Iron Cove
5. Gladesville bridge - the sun was blasting it's sun rays on us and you could see that walkers were feeling fatigued but we kept on battling on!
6. Tarban Creek bridge
7. Figtree bridge
The Sydney weather was amazing and the supporters and volunteers who helped throughout the day added that extra touch to the overall event providing refreshments, snacks, transport and plenty of sunscreen at each pit stop - thank you!
FitBit One - wireless activity and sleep tracker.
FitBit was a proud sponsor of the event and provided great discounts to those who wanted to purchase any FitBit product on the day.
I put my Fitbit to the test and was quite impressed with the amount of steps I conquered that day. I normally aim for 10,000 steps a day but to be able to walk over 30,000 steps is my current personal best!
This little gadget is small and sleek I just clip it onto my bra. It is an excellent exercise motivator and I love the extra features of being able to set challenges and compete with your friends who also have a FitBit.
Check out the latest FitBit range here.
Jen xoxo
